For privacy reasons, winner information is not shared across all customer service divisions. Only authorized members of the Prize Claims Department have access to winner data.

Once you receive a valid Claims Number, you are officially recognized as a selected winner. From that moment, you have the right to speak directly with one of our Certified Claims Representatives, who can answer questions regarding your claim status, payment options, and step-by-step instructions.

Our representatives are specially trained to provide courteous, confidential, and comprehensive support, ensuring your experience is handled with care and professionalism.

Prize Tax Information

If you are fortunate enough to win, please note that the taxability of your award depends on the total amount received:

• Prizes of $10,000 or less are not taxable as income.
• Prizes exceeding $10,000 are considered taxable income under federal law.
• All applicable documentation is prepared for you by the awarding entity and also submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as required.
• This documentation clearly outlines your prize amount and any applicable withholdings.
• Merchandise prizes are likewise considered taxable. However, ARB Interactive compensates winners for these taxes, ensuring that you receive your full entitled value.
• Depending on your state of residence, additional state-level taxes may apply, so please factor this into your personal financial planning.
